Change Management Analyst
The Opportunity:

Whether it's process improvement, performance measurement, or business management analysis, organizational change management comes down to one thing: learning how an organization works and making it better.

In this role you'll help to plan and manage the transition from legacy to modernized Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) services from start to finish, including decommissioning plans, release-management plans, adjusted business processes, and historical logs for traceability, all in collaboration with the associated product delivery teams.

As Change Management Analyst, you'll be responsible for executing the day-to-day transition, decommissioning, and release-management processes supporting stakeholder working groups and leadership briefs during migration events.

You'll hold meetings to discuss changes that are going to be required in production and document the stakeholder approval process. You'll provide evidence for the completion of changes. You'll create, update, close tickets for changes, as well as present the changes to the change board. You'll ensure the broader team follows the change process procedures and hold team members accountable.

Apply today to help us deliver modern identity solutions that protect veterans, their data, and their access to critical VA services.

Join us. The world can't wait.

You Have:
