Full Job Description
Role

Maev is seeking a Chief Growth Officer or Senior Vice President of Growth to own our full marketing engine, spanning performance marketing, brand marketing, and lifecycle. Reporting to the CEO and serving as a member of the executive team, the SVP of Growth is accountable for how Maev grows its customer base, with full responsibility for the growth of the DTC business.

This is a strategic, commercial leadership role for a builder who has taken a category-defining CPG or DTC brand from growth-stage momentum into a meaningful, scaled business outcome. You are as comfortable pressure-testing a media plan as you are shaping how a brand shows up in the world - a sharp operator who thinks commercially, leads confidently, and never loses sight of what drives lasting growth.

Equally important, the SVP of Growth is a developer of people. They take active ownership of the growth and career trajectory of their direct reports, investing in coaching, mentorship, and feedback as a core part of how they lead.

The CGO/SVP of Growth reports to the CEO and Founder, Katie Spies.
