About the Role The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) serves as a key member of Oxford Companies' executive leadership team, reporting directly to the CEO. The CFO will be driving the firm's expansion by raising debt and equity capital, structuring complex financing arrangements, and partnering with leadership on investment decisions. This individual will oversee the Accounting, Asset Management, Legal, and Investment functions, ensuring strong financial oversight and execution across the deal lifecycle.
