Role Overview:- Collaborate with other members of the peri-operative healthcare team
- Deliver comprehensive care to surgical patients across the lifespan
- Ensure the delivery of outstanding care and cultivate an environment that centers on the needs of patients and their families
Key Qualifications:- Current New York State (NYS) RN license/registration
- Successful completion of an accredited Nurse Anesthesia training program and certification
- CRNA experience preferred
Core Skills:- Must possess a strong foundation in anesthesia principles, pharmacology, and patient assessment to provide safe and effective anesthesia care.
- Critical Thinking and Decision-Making: be adept at assessing complex situations, analyzing data, and making quick, informed decisions to ensure patient safety during anesthesia administration.
- Effective communication skills are crucial to collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, nurses, and other healthcare team members to coordinate patient care and ensure optimal outcomes.
- Work in fast-paced and unpredictable environments, requiring them to be adaptable and flexible in responding to changing patient needs, emergencies, and evolving clinical situations.

This position is eligible for a sign on bonus up to $17,500 for experienced candidates; for recent graduates is $12,500.
