  • Join our collaboration between Deaconess Health System and Orthopaedic Associates as a full-time Certified Anesthesia Assistant (CAA) practicing at the Orthopedic Surgery Center.
  • Weekday schedule 7a - 5p, no weekends or holidays (176 scheduled shifts annually), providing exceptional work-life balance.
  • Practice in a high-quality ambulatory surgery environment focused on orthopedic procedures.
  • Work as an integral member of a collaborative anesthesia care team alongside anesthesiologists and CRNAs to deliver exceptional perioperative care.

Compensation & Incentives

W-2 Employment
  • Base Compensation: $316,800 annually ($180/hour)
