Reporting directly to the Central Industrial Engineering (IE) Director, this high-impact, temporary role will play a critical part in supporting the integration of MWNA and KNA into a unified MSNA IE CommunitIE. In this position, you will partner closely with the IE Leadership Team (IELT) and regional IE teams to orchestrate change, align best practices, and drive the change management journey that turns our shared functional vision into reality. Additionally, you will lead special projects and support the governance and administration of core IE processes across our manufacturing and supply network.
Under the Central IE Director's direction, this role is a temporary role to support the Integration of MWNA and KNA. This role will support the IELT and each of the regional IE teams in order to orchestrate, influence, and action to efficiently and effectively integrate the MSNA IE CommunitIE. This role will help the IELT with our change management journey as a function and work to bring it into a reality.
This role will also support key Central IE efforts as needed. Mainly to support the administration of key IE Processes across our network or to lead special projects for the IE Function.
What are we looking for?Minimum:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related technical/engineering field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 3-5+ years of combined experience in Industrial Engineering, manufacturing operations, continuous improvement, or cross-functional program management.
- Demonstrated experience leading or supporting organizational change, functional integration, or large-scale transition projects in a manufacturing or supply chain network.
- Proven ability to analyze, document, and map end-to-end engineering and operational workflows (e.g., standard work development, process flowcharts, SIPOC).
- Strong project/program management skills with a track record of setting milestones, tracking deliverables, identifying risks, and resolving operational bottlenecks across distributed teams.
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional peers, lead teams through ambiguity, and drive alignment without direct reporting authority.
Preferred:
- Experience working in a multi-site Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), food & beverage, or high-volume manufacturing environment.
- Practical knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, TPM/MSE (Manufacturing Services Excellence) pillars, or change management frameworks (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci).
- Formal project management certification (PMP, CAPM, or Agile/Scrum).
- Direct experience integrating processes across merging business units, operating companies, or legacy systems (e.g., MWNA and KNA integrations).
- Experience designing onboarding programs, functional training pathways, or capability-building frameworks for technical/engineering roles.
- Proven track record of benchmarking best practices across global networks and adapting them for regional or local business needs.
What will be your key responsibilities?- Coordinate and execute the overarching IE integration roadmap, guiding teams through structural and operational transitions.
- Identify critical bottlenecks and change management challenges, developing collaborative action plans to resolve issues quickly.
- Partner with Global IE and cross-segment Mars networks to benchmark best practices and establish a best-in-class onboarding experience for incoming and transitioning IE talent.
- Analyze and document key IE workflows across sites, identifying integration impacts and standardizing operational practices.
- Provide hands-on change support and tools to empower regional engineering teams as they transition to unified MSNA IE ways of working.
Area of Focus 1: Program Management - Coordinating and leading integration plan- Orchestrate key changes in the organization and assist teams with transition.
- Escalate key issues or concerns and develop / action plan resolution with teams.
Area of Focus 2: IE Onboarding• Solidify IE onboarding process for key roles related to integration moves.
• Partner with Mars Inc., Global IE, and beyond to find best practices and solidify MSNA plan.
Area of Focus 3: IE Processes• Understand and Map key IE Processes that will be impacted by the integration.
• Develop and action plan to support teams managing through this transition.

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is between the range listed below, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position will include variable pay, medical and dental benefits, participation in 401k plan, and paid time off benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an applicant receives an offer of employment.
