  • Integrate inputs from across the organization (e.g., finance, product, channels, risk) into a cohesive, enterprise-level strategic view
  • Lead cross-functional workstreams to gather, challenge, and align perspectives across business and functional partners
  • Apply rigorous analytical thinking to distill complex data into clear implications and recommendations
  • Balance quality and speed-delivering high-impact insights under tight timelines and shifting priorities

Key Outcomes
  • Strong confidence from the Board and Managing Committee in the clarity, coherence, and credibility of CBB strategic perspectives
  • Accelerated, higher-quality executive decision-making on the bank's most critical strategic priorities
  • Consistent, enterprise-aligned strategic narrative across governance forums
  • Reduced cycle time from strategic question to executive-ready recommendation

Ideal Candidate Profile
  • 10+ years of experience in strategy, corporate development, consulting, or financial services leadership roles
  • Deep understanding of consumer and business banking and broader financial services dynamics
  • Proven ability to connect external trends, competitive dynamics, and internal performance to actionable strategy
  • Exceptional analytical and synthesis skills, with the ability to translate complex inputs into clear, decision-ready outputs
  • Strong executive presence, sound judgment, and the ability to communicate complex ideas succinctly and effectively
