Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in hospitality or foodservice, particularly in catering operations or event coordination.
• Leadership experience, demonstrating ability to guide teams toward common objectives.
• Knowledge of foodservice standards, including sanitation and cost awareness.
• Proficient in MS Office and other operational systems related to catering.
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with diverse teams and clients.
• Organized with a collaborative approach to managing multiple priorities.
• Problem-solving skills, especially in high-pressure event situations.
• ServSafe Certification preferred or willingness to obtain it.
• Experience working in union environments, showcasing adaptability in various settings.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus to cater to an international audience.
