Job Title: Case Management Attorney
Type of Position: Full-time
Location: Remote but must be able to meet with clients on occasion at our Los Angeles Office
Pay: $100K/year - $160/year
Job Description: Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned:
- Review and evaluate liability, insurance availability, and treatment plan for the firm's high value injury cases
- Build client relationships and communicate with clients and family members during pre-litigation
- Conduct investigations - collect and analyze evidence in order to determine all potential claims and liability, potential defendants, and insurance coverages
- Conduct legal research
- Investigate facts of loss, and research application of case law
- Analyze, manage, and review evidence to assess liability and determine case plan
- Draft government claim forms and demand letters
- Communicate with adjusters; draft correspondence as needed
Requirements - Licensed attorney in California
- Working at a PI firm for 1 year
- Work well with others and have strong communication skills
- Work well under pressure
- Organized
- Good at multitasking
- Eager to learn
- Excellent customer service skills
