We're expanding our Cardiothoracic team and are looking for a clinically strong, patient-focused professional-ideally a cardiothoracic nurse or PA-to join us as a Cardiothoracic Sales Specialist. This role supports the rapidly evolving cardiothoracic portfolio across Western Pennsylvania and West Virginia.

About the Role:

As a Cardiothoracic Sales Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of cutting-edge surgical innovation, managing key accounts, supporting operating room procedures, and serving as the go-to resource for Arthrex's cardiothoracic solutions - including sternal closure, advanced wound care, and biologics.

This is a hybrid role that combines strategic relationship-building, clinical education, and hands-on sales. You'll act as both a trusted surgical consultant and an internal expert on the research, data, and technologies shaping this specialty.

What You'll Do:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for cardiothoracic solutions across assigned territory
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with cardiothoracic surgeons and healthcare professionals
  • Provide case coverage and in-field support in both surgical and clinical settings
  • Coordinate and lead product training sessions for customers and internal agency teams
  • Stay up to date with clinical research and emerging technologies to educate stakeholders
  • Travel within the region, with occasional trips for company or Arthrex training events

Who We're Looking For:
  • RN, BSN, PA-C, or similar clinical background preferred
  • Prior experience in cardiothoracic surgery strongly preferred
  • OR nurses, surgical PAs, and allied health professionals welcome
  • Excellent communicator, adaptable, and energized by new challenges
