What you'll be doing:- Oversee and manage daily operations of the Cardio Diagnostic Services department
- Supervise and mentor clinical staff to ensure compliance and exceptional care standards
- Collaborate closely with physicians to deliver accurate diagnostics and improve patient outcomes
- Perform and oversee echocardiographic procedures as needed
- Ensure continuous quality improvement and assist in departmental budget management
Requirements:- 1-2 years of ultrasound experience in echocardiography
- RDCS or RCS certification (or eligibility with certification required within 14 months of hire)
- Current BLS certification
- At least 3 years of experience managing clinical departments or teams
