Job DescriptionThe U.S. Bancorp Central Stress Testing Oversight (CSTO) team is seeking a candidate to join the program management team. This role supports the preparation and execution of stress testing and capital management activities in alignment with SR 15-19, adapting to evolving regulatory and leadership expectations.
This position is responsible for establishing and maintaining the core program infrastructure that enables successful execution of the stress testing cycle and other management requests. This includes developing integrated calendars, building and maintaining program plans and trackers, and delivering program reporting with insights. Together, these elements ensure the program remains aligned, on track, and positioned to deliver timely, decision-ready insights to senior management.
The role requires strong ownership, accountability, cross-team collaboration, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesProgram Calendars
- Create and communicate end-to-end stress testing calendars, including forecast production, review & challenge, and documentation timelines
- Maintain alignment across calendars by identifying dependencies and sequencing across workstreams
- Update and communicate calendar changes, ensuring impacted partners remain aligned on key deliverable expectations
- Partner with teams to resolve timeline conflicts and downstream impacts
Program Planning, Tracking & Reporting
- Build and maintain centralized program plans and trackers providing visibility into milestones, deliverables, and ownership
- Deliver clear and concise reporting that enables senior leadership to understand priorities, risks, status, and key decisions
- Translate program data into actionable insights to support informed decision-making
- Leverage Workiva and AI capabilities to enhance reporting quality and efficiency
- Demonstrate end-to-end ownership of program deliverables, ensuring timelines are met and risks and issues are proactively managed
- Partner across teams to drive accountability and ensure timely completion of production and documentation deliverables
Ad Hoc Program Support
- Support user access onboarding/offboarding and quarterly/annual access audits
- Coordinate with partners to meet audit and regulatory requests timely
- Coordinate with internal team to complete control audit requests timely
- Coordinate annual procedure review and assist with procedure documentation as necessary
- Facilitate coordination of meetings and supporting presentations
- Lead post-cycle feedback collection and translate insights into actionable improvement plans
- Communicate, monitor and drive closure of program action items and challenges
Basic Qualifications - Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Typically three or more years of related experience
Preferred Skills/Experience - Strong program management, planning, organization, and prioritization skills
- Demonstrated ownership, accountability, and ability to work independently
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to summarize complex information for senior leaders
- Experience building and maintaining calendars, trackers, dashboards, program plans, or status reporting
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to drive accountability across teams
- Adaptability in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with evolving priorities
- Growth mindset with a desire to continuously learn and improve processes
The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $92,820.00 - $109,200.00
