Capital Projects Manager

Job Summary

The Capital Projects Manager is responsible for leading the execution of a large-scale capital project (~$36M) within a dairy manufacturing facility. You will ensure successful delivery from concept through commissioning while maintaining strict food safety, environmental, and safety compliance. As the Project Manager you will lead cross-functional teams and contractors to integrate new systems with minimal disruption to production.

Essential Functions
  • Lead end-to-end execution of capital project including design, procurement, construction, and startup.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and KPIs, ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Manage contractor safety programs and enforce OSHA and EPA compliance standards.
  • Manage contractors, vendors, and OEMs to ensure quality and schedule adherence.
  • Track project budget (~$36M), manage forecasts, and control costs.
  • Provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Change Management of all scope, documents, drawings
  • Integrate the Project Team with the Plant Readiness Team to ensure smooth transition from project work to operations.
