Full Job Description
This role will support the Company's credit facilities and related financing activities, reporting to the Capital Markets Manager and cross-functionally on day-to-day facility operations and reporting. This role will play a key role in monitoring facility performance and maintaining accuracy across a range of reporting and large data sets.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and highly accountable. We're looking for someone who will flag issues, ask questions, take genuine ownership of their work, and cares about understanding what the numbers mean and what the reporting supports.

This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and wants to build deep expertise in capital markets at a fast-growing lending platforms.

This role is hybrid, 3 days per week, in our Chicago office.

Responsibilities

Facility Reporting & Monitoring
  • Support day-to-day activity across the Company's credit facilities, including funding, collateral, and reporting flows
  • Prepare and review lender reporting, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and external readiness
  • Assist in monitoring borrowing base, eligibility, concentration limits, and covenant compliance
  • Work with large data sets to analyze facility performance and flag anomalies or discrepancies


Analysis & Support
  • Support routine lender requests and follow-ups
  • Translate facility data into clear summaries and items of note
  • Maintain rigorous quality control over recurring reporting deliverables
  • Identify and help implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy


What We're Looking For

Experience and Technical Skills
  • 2-4 years of experience in a middle-office, credit, or reporting-focused role within structured finance, private credit, or speciality finance
  • Direct exposure to credit facilities, borrowing base mechanics, or covenant/eligibility reporting
  • Advanced excel proficiency is required; comfort working and troubleshooting with large data sets is essential to this role
  • Able to identify and reconcile discrepancies independently
Profile
  • Ownership and accountability mentality; detail-oriented, with high standards for accuracy and output quality
  • Comfortable operating in a lean, fast-paced environment
  • Clear communicator, able to work effectively with internal stakeholders and lenders
Nice to Have
  • Experience in specialty finance or consumer lending
  • Exposure to adjacent asset classes
  • SQL and VBA experience is a plus, but not required


$115,000 - $135,000 a year

This role is eligible for additional incentives, including an annual bonus. These rewards are allocated based on level, impact and performance in the role. The compensation range is based on the level outlined in the job posting, and compensation decisions are dependent on each applicant's experience, skills and abilities.
