You'll join our Transformation Management team, helping clients turn strategy into real execution . The Transformation Management capability team is focused on planning & executing enterprise transformation: governance, planning, delivery cadence, and value tracking-often on programs that are highly-critical, cross-functional, and leadership-sponsored . You'll learn how large organizations actually transform (and why they often don't), while building practical skills that translate across industries and operating in an AI-enabled consulting model-where AI is embedded into transformation design, governance, delivery cadence, and value tracking, not treated as a standalone initiative.
Your Role
As a Management Consultant, you will support and drive delivery within the Transformation Management team by owning defined workstreams, strengthening governance and execution discipline, and using AI-enabled tools to improve transparency, coordination, and value realization.
You will:
- Manage enterprise transformation programs across multiple workstreams and stakeholders
- Own day-to-day senior client relationships; drive delivery outcomes and decision making
- Establish governance, performance management, and value realization mechanisms at scale
- Lead planning across phases (mobilize 12 deliver 12 stabilize 12 optimize)
- Support business development through shaping, proposals, and account growth
- Mentor and develop consultants; build a high-trust delivery culture
- Building a working knowledge in building & promoting asset-based offerings
Your Skills + Experience
You bring strong AI literacy, including core AI and generative AI concepts, and understand how these capabilities apply to enterprise transformation. You are able to identify and support AI-enabled opportunities that improve business outcomes and delivery effectiveness, and you have experience working in AI-augmented ways of working to enhance research, analysis, and solution development. You collaborate effectively across strategy, technology, data, and design to enable AI-driven solutions, with a solid understanding of responsible AI principles such as ethics, privacy, security, and governance. You demonstrate curiosity and a continuous learning mindset around emerging AI capabilities and their practical application in client environments.
Required Experience
- 8-10+ years in transformation consulting or equivalent program leadership
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage senior stakeholders
- Strong commercial mindset: spotting opportunities, shaping work, building credibility
- Experience operating in complex matrixed environments with competing priorities
- Strength in operating model change and transformation governance
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $127,500 - $249,350.
Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.
The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.
In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
