Role Purpose

As a Campus Strategy Planner, you will direct the overall campus strategy and serve as the single point of contact for all space planning activities. You will coordinate cross-functional initiatives to execute a unified campus vision, aligning the client's real estate objectives with the goals of the business units who occupy the campus. You will ensure campus move strategies maintain alignment, implement rigorous data governance processes, and proactively manage risks to keep all activities on track. You will monitor projects to anticipate impacts on campus footprint and maintain campus-wide initiative trackers that support coordinated execution across multiple practice areas..

Key responsibilities include:
  • Direct the overall campus strategy, ensuring all initiatives align with the client's planned real estate objectives and meet the business needs of the end-users
  • Anticipate future campus needs and proactively recommend adjustments to support organizational growth and transformation
  • Build and maintain collaborative relationships across organizational boundaries to drive consensus and action
  • Assess risks across initiatives and develop mitigation strategies to protect project timelines and outcomes
  • Implement rigorous data governance processes to ensure all space-related data meets accuracy and consistency standards
  • Generate reports and dashboards that provide visibility into campus planning metrics and trends
  • Ensure campus move strategies maintain alignment across business units and deliver consistent execution standards
  • Anticipate and plan for changes in space inventory resulting from construction, renovation, or portfolio adjustments
  • Support internal teams with accurate, timely information that enables coordinated planning and execution

Required
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Facilities Management, Urban Planning, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in corporate real estate, workplace strategy, space planning, or program management
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives in a matrixed organization
  • Strong project coordination skills with proven ability to manage competing priorities and timelines
  • Excellent data management capabilities with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office suite of programs (Sheets/Excel, Slides/PowerPoint, Doc/Word) and project management tools
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with ability to influence across organizational levels
  • Strategic thinking combined with strong operational execution capabilities
  • Experience working with external vendors and service providers

Preferred
  • Experience in a large-scale corporate campus environment
  • Familiarity with IWMS platforms (e.g., Tririga, Archibus, Serraview) and space planning software
  • Knowledge of workplace design principles and employee experience strategies

Estimated compensation for this position:

110,000.00 - 144,650.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
