Position OverviewAs a Campus Recruiting Manager within PNC's Talent Acquisition & Outreach organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA.
This role will support the Retail and Asset Management Group business segments.
Travel is a requirement for this role and travel can be expected up to 20 - 30% of the time.

Job Description- Manages one or more Campus Recruiting teams who source, recruit and identify talent for internships and early career opportunities. Leads the creation of an early career recruiting strategy for multiple business and oversees and plans the implementation of large-scale recruiting and outreach events.
- Manages the day-to-day execution of the Campus Recruiting function including oversight of budget, relationships external partnerships/suppliers, events, operational procedures and various technologies that facilitate the campus recruiting process. Oversees University Relations.
- Develops and leads high-performing teams of campus recruiters through the application of PNC's leadership standards and the management of key performance metrics, policies and procedures.
- Leads the creation of campus recruiting strategies for multiple business units in partnership with business executives. Maintains and understanding of the financial services industry and the businesses their teams support using workforce data to influence improved recruiting outcomes and practices.
- Serves as campus recruiting expert, and broader recruiting practices, processes, regulations and technologies. Leads continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives to improve and streamline processes and the candidate experience.
