Full Job Description
Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience with data center equipment/environments, including electrical switchgear, generators, chillers, cooling towers, air handling units, controls, security monitoring systems and fire safety systems, and experience with start up/commissioning processes.
  • 2 years of experience in project management, or managing projects in construction, infrastructure, or a technology-related field.
  • 2 years of experience managing cross-functional teams, project timelines and costs.

Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience managing vendor relationships.
  • Experience with project controls methodologies in a construction or mission-critical environment.
  • Understanding of standard practices in the design and construction industry, including knowledge of fast-track design-build processes.
  • Ability to gather requirements, organize resources, prioritize tasks, manage schedules, achieve objectives within defined goals and excellent communication, people-management, and problem-solving skills.
