Job Overview
This position is responsible for the development and execution of CRM campaigns to grow and retain T-Mobile's customer base. This position is specifically responsible for timeliness, quality and accuracy of campaign execution & its results. Furthermore, in scope is the identification of channel and process improvement to support campaign management efficiency & effectiveness.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Plans, builds and lead CRM campaigns to T-Mobile customers through relevant channels (e.g. Direct Mail, Outbound & Inbound Calls, Care, Retail, Email, SMS, on-device and web) including accountability for efficient execution on time and on budget. This includes receiving strategic direction from business partners and building out recommended campaigns (how and how often to contact customers) to support the strategic goal.
  • Reviews concept briefings with requestors, performs feasibility studies and aligns schedule and timelines across different collaborator groups.
  • Liaison between the internal collaborators and the reporting teams.
  • Regularly communicates campaign impact and recommendations to internal collaborators and management.


Education and Work Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field.
  • 4-7 years Research build experience and training experience.
  • 2-4 years Project Management experience (has led small to medium sized projects including multiple simultaneous)
  • 2-4 years' Experience in leading CRM campaigns on vendor or client side.
  • 2-4 years Wireless cable or subscriber-based confirmed experience leading or developing CRM programs.
  • Experience in relations management with external vendors and agencies.
  • Experience in Up/Cross-Selling and/or Brand Trust, Loyalty Campaign Management, Performance Analysis.

Total Target Cash Earnings Opportunity: $87,630 - $158,010

National Base Pay Range: $76,200 - $137,400

The Total Target Cash Earnings Opportunity represents the expected total cash compensation for this role at target performance, combining base salary and annual incentive opportunity. Actual earnings may be higher or lower depending on individual performance and overall company results.

At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on individual and/or company performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
