Position DescriptionWe are seeking a highly qualified
Program Manager (PM) to oversee and ensure exceptional contract performance while fostering innovation and collaboration. The PM is responsible for managing operations, personnel, and deliverables while ensuring compliance with all contractual requirements. This role carries full authority to act on behalf of the Contractor in operational matters, including staffing, performance management, and service delivery.
ResponsibilitiesThe Program Support Manager will:
- Oversee all site operations and ensure performance meets or exceeds contract requirements and standards
- Manage daily reporting and effectively assign personnel to accommodate fluctuating workloads
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, Privacy Act requirements, and protection of personally identifiable information (PII)
- Hire, develop, and manage a technically proficient and professional workforce
- Deliver timely reports, data, and performance metrics to support Government oversight
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and efficiency
- Promote innovation, operational effectiveness, and best practices
- Resolve operational issues with minimal disruption to services
- Respond quickly to surge requirements and adjust staffing levels as needed
- Participate in meetings, conference calls, and video conferences with Government stakeholders and partner organizations
- Provide formal and informal briefings to stakeholders and external audiences as required
- Support ongoing studies, evaluations, and program assessments
- Ensure full compliance with contract provisions and performance standards
Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree required
- PMP certification preferred
- Minimum of eight (8) years of progressive management experience
- Previous experience managing USG contracts required and familiarity with USG regulations.
- At least four (4) years managing large teams
- At least four (4) years managing seasonal or temporary workforce personnel
- Experience supporting Department of State (DOS)
