Full Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Epic Cadence/Prelude/Referrals Analyst to play a vital role in building something new and impactful for our community. This position is for a Senior Business Systems Analyst with a specific focus on front-office access functions for our Seattle Children's primary care clinics and our Community Connect
partners. The ideal candidate will have outstanding customer-facing acumen, enjoy problem-solving, and be adept at thinking outside the box and solutioning quickly. You will have primary responsibility for the system design, build, and support of these applications, ensuring they are optimized to meet the needs of our partners. The ideal candidate will have experience with some specialty build and a strong understanding of how to support patient engagement within the Community Connect model.

Note: This is a hybrid position in Washington State only.

Required Education and Experience
Bachelor's Degree in related field, OR equivalent combination of education/experience that demonstrates technical competency. Minimum of five (5) years experience in an Information Services environment, to include at least three (3) years experience providing configuration and supporting enterprise content management applications. Proven experience and knowledge of project management skills, tools and methodologies. Proven experience leading committees, projects and activities. Proven ability to fully use and apply standard principles, theories and concepts related to technical discipline. Experience with clinical, hospital and/or financial applications and/or systems.

Compensation Range

$107,431.00 - $161,147.00 per year

Salary Information

This compensation range was calculated based on full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year). Offers are determined by multiple factors including equity, skills, experience, and expertise, and may vary within the range provided.
