Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented CAD Specialist to join our team!

PROJECT:

Parsons is managing a Technical Services (TS) program for an agency within the Department of Defense to review third party A/E work; conduct studies, analysis, testing and measuring; perform specialized engineering services, planning and design reviews; commissioning services; and construction oversight on worldwide delivery orders.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Responsible for overseeing and coordinating production and distribution of client's drawing files using CAD.
  • Conduct Site Surveys to verify as-built conditions and incorporate them into the Master Drawings CAD files.
  • Analyze and organize facility changes to the CAD data holdings.
  • Coordinates work with engineering and construction teams to ensure project data is of the quality require to support the Master Drawings files.
  • Perform CAD projects and other responsibilities associated with this position as appropriate.


What Required Skills You'll Bring:
  • B.S./B.A. degree in Architecture, Engineering, Business Administration (or equivalent degree) is required with at least 8 years of relevant experience (12 years relevant experience without a degree).
  • Active TS/SCI with FS Polygraph clearance required.
  • Must be US Citizen.


Skills/Competencies:
  • Requires proficiency in the application of architectural design standards, practices, techniques, and concepts.
  • Knowledge of architectural, mechanical and electrical disciplines.
  • Experience with Archibus.
  • Proficiency in CAD and other PC software packages typically associated with architectural design is preferred.
  • Revit experience a plus.
  • Highly experienced with word processing and MS Project Suite.
  • Excellent written and oral communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.


Security Clearance Requirement:
An active Top Secret SCI w/Polygraph security clearance is required for this position.

Salary Range: $88,400.00 - $154,700.00
