Responsibilities

  • Build and lead a team to integrate Cabin and Cargo features of JetZero aircraft.
  • Develop interface and integration requirements with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage product lifecycle from development through Entry Into Service.
  • Release and support documentation for parts/models and manufacturing installations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and deploy processes and tools.
  • Manage supplier development and governance activities.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and installation standards.

Full Job Description
What You'll Do:

The selected candidate will be responsible to build and lead a team of specialists who will integrate inputs from internal and external stakeholders to develop the Cabin and Cargo features of the JetZero Blended Wing Body Aircraft, including but not limited to the following commodities :
  • Cabin Monuments such as Galleys, Lavatories, Stowages, Partitions, Crew Rests
  • Cabin Linings
  • Overhead Stowage Compartments
  • Passenger Seats of all classes (Economy through Lie-Flat)
  • Flight Crew and Cabin Crew Seats
  • Cargo Compartment Linings and Equipment
  • Emergency Equipment and Galley Inserts
  • Trim & Finish
  • Placards & Markings

Individual and team activities include, but are not limited to :
  • Develop interface and integration requirements and digital models with internal teams and external commodity suppliers and manage same through the product lifecycle, from development through Entry Into Service and beyond
  • Develop and release parts/models and manufacturing installations and support certification team with applicable documentation
  • Develop and deploy processes and tools in collaboration with internal stakeholders
  • Manage supplier development and related governance activities
What You Bring:
  • Previous development and leadership experience with Commercial or Corporate Aircraft Cabin development (10 years or more)
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
  • Knowledge of Siemens Suite : NX, Teamcenter, etc.
  • Knowledgeable of digital twin environments or model-based systems engineering (MBSE)
  • Understanding of Aircraft installation practices and regulatory guidelines
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and installation standards
  • Collaborative and innovative spirit
Compensation:

Our compensation package is a blend of base salary and equity options for eligible employees. The range for this role is $160,000 - $195,000. We consider a number of factors when presenting a final offer, including geography, internal equity and years of experience and expertise.

Depending on the position you are interviewing for, there may also be a Take Home Exercise as part of the interview proccess. Our assessments seek to test the hard skills required to do the job. Your recruiter will inform you of which assessment you will be assigned and ensure you are fully prepared for your big day.
