Job Overview

Job Title: C2ISR Technology Lead

Location: Tampa, FL

This position is pending contract award.

Job Responsibilities

Trace Systems is actively recruiting for a C2ISR Technology Lead to be the technical leader over systems, network, SATCOM, cloud, and integration for the C2ISR Transport effort under Eagle-I contract onsite in Tampa, FL.

The job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Sets reference architectures/standards, chairs design reviews, and governs interface control, performance, and resilience.
  • Prioritizes tech insertion, lab/field integration, and T&E gates (TRR/TVR).
  • Mentors architects/engineers and synchronizes with PMO, Cyber, and Ops for mission-ready deployments.
  • Translates technical requirements, assesses facility/operational impacts, and standardizes SLAs/MOAs.
  • Assists the Aquisition Lead with drafts/reviews PWS/SOW, IGCEs, QASPs, checklists, and matrices; ensures FAR/DFARS and SOCOM policy compliance
  • Identify risks, resolve problems, and verify effectiveness of corrective actions.
  • Implement and maintain a process that ensures problems and action items discussed with the Government are tracked through resolution. Provide timely status reporting. and results of contractor actions taken to improve performance.
  • Asisst with identifying potential cost reduction/mitigation initiatives, efficiencies, and process improvements on a continuing basis and address their progress during Program Management Reviews (PMRs).
  • Work closely with, and in support of other internal organizations, including finance, contracts/subcontracts, business development, purchasing, and recruiting.
  • Assure that all government regulatory guidance and corporate procedures are adhered to across multiple programs and will also work closely with customers and internal corporate resources to ensure the proper execution in all areas of service delivery.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Active, in-scope US Government issued Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
  • Due to the nature of the work and contract requirements, US Citizenship is required.
  • Twelve years of experience supporting C4ISR/C2ISR programs.
  • Seven years of experience leading design reviews, interface control, and T&E gates (TRR/TVR).
  • Working knowledge of RMF, COOP/HA, and performance/reliability engineering.
