Job DescriptionYou will be the C-130 Final Assembly Manager - Level 5 for the Final Assembly, Trim, Engine Shop and Component Paint team which is responsible for delivering high-quality C130J aircraft.
What You Will Be DoingAs the C-130 Final Assembly Manager - Level 5 you will be responsible for leading culture, safety, FOD, quality, cost and schedule obligations for a 130-person team on the C130J program.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Drive a safety-first culture and enforce FOD-control standards.
- Ensure product quality meets stringent aerospace requirements.
- Manage cost performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Maintain schedule fidelity and mitigate delivery risks.
- Mentor and develop both salaried staff and artisans/mechanics.

National Pay StatementPay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $111,700 - $196,880. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
