Business Transformation Project Manager
Project Manager II
This role will lead the business transformation to new business processes and supporting IT application, as part of the larger Day 2 business transformation and IT program. The role will partner closely with the business leaders, process owners, subject matter experts and data stewards in the Quality domain.
The opportunity:
• Lead the full implementation of the new quality processes and adoption of the selected quality platform (Veeva), ensuring delivery across scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
• Follow quality system requirements and standards for development and implementation of quality system software in a medical device manufacturer
• Establish project governance and SAFe operating rhythms (sprint planning, system demos, steering committees).
• Drive business process redesign across the different quality processes (e.g. document control, learning, CAPA, Complaint handling etc)
• Confirm with company quality system experts and business process owners that implemented processes and applications meet regulatory requirements.
• Align business stakeholders, the software vendor team members and the overall transformation program to ensure clarity and accountability.
• Manage project risks, dependencies and progress to ensure predictable, high quality delivery.

What you need:
• 8+ years of program/project management experience (or 6+ with a Master's).
• Experience leading digital transformation or enterprise IT programs in quality management.
• Experience managing projects in a regulated industry.
• Skills include project management, SAFe/Agile, vendor management, technical acumen, and strong stakeholder communication.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.
Role Location: Remote-US
Compensation Range: $102,000-$153,000
Benefits
Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. Regular employees may purchase additional voluntary short-term disability benefits, and participate in a Health Savings Account (HSA) as well as a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for healthcare, dependent child care, and/or commuting expenses as allowable under IRS guidelines. Benefits offerings vary in Puerto Rico.

Full-time temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year) and are eligible to participate in the Company's 401(k) program with employer matching. They and their dependents residing in the US are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance.
Part-time temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year).
All US employees who work in a state or locality with more generous paid sick leave benefits than specified here will receive the benefit of those sick leave laws.
