Qualifications

• Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong analytical skills for data mining and modeling using analytics tools.
• Familiarity with creating sustainable reports and dashboards using current data.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy low-code solutions to streamline business processes.
• Participate in meetings with senior officials from HHS, ASPR, and SNS.
• Analyze existing systems and strategies to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to document business needs and requirements.
• Conduct data analysis and translate findings into actionable communications.
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards with up-to-date data.
• Build relationships with organizations to support program objectives.
• Assist senior officials in preparing system recommendations.
• Remain flexible for 24/7 support in emergency management and incident response.
