Full Job Description
**This role requires experience in Oracle EBS/Fusion modules of Oracle Projects, Fixed Assets, iExpense, Accounts Payable, Procurement**

Under limited to no supervision, performs professional work that reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business needs to drive system solutions to support business strategies. Incumbents function as a liaison between IT and several business groups, using both technical and business expertise. Leads stakeholders in identifying opportunities to improve the functionally of assigned systems, improve interdependencies of interfacing systems, or drive innovative solutions to meet complex business demands. Work requires advanced knowledge of all business system analysis tools, processes, methodologies and standards for business requirements information gathering, analysis and documentation, sufficient to perform a broad range of complex professional activities. Guidelines are limited, requiring initiative and resourcefulness in researching policies, precedents, and patterns to develop appropriate solutions that cross organizational lines. Resolves new and unusual problems and recommends solutions to unique situations and circumstances. Completed work is evaluated for technical soundness, viability and appropriateness of solutions and effectiveness in meeting requirements or specified results. Regular contact with others in technical and non-technical positions, vendors and a variety of external agencies or government entities is required to gather information, plan, coordinate or advise on work efforts or to resolve business system interface problems.

  • Provide customer service support to end-users
  • Provide support, maintenance, and enhancement of system functionality on integrations and complex configurations.
  • Lead team to ensure the stability, integrity, security, and efficient operation of business systems.
  • Provide guidance on application functionality and capabilities.
  • Propose, modify, and configure systems to meet business needs.
  • Consult with users to identify business needs, document business requirements, and translate into technical specifications.
  • Prepare and present robust technical reports and create diagrams, workflow maps, or other visuals to facilitate enhanced system understanding
  • Identify, evaluate, and implement new systems and solutions, or identify enhancements to existing systems; define requirements and specifications
  • Review and oversee delivery team output to ensure requirements are interpreted and met correctly, define, and execute test cases for testing, debug and troubleshoot, and provide training.
  • Obtain a deep understanding of relevant business area(s) to be able to recommend solutions and build high-quality requirements.
  • Establish and maintain best practices for business/functional analysis
  • Propose new techniques, concepts, programs, or solutions to advance complex strategic business needs.
  • Lead large tasks or projects; demonstrate advanced project management knowledge and skills
  • Utilize change management strategies and methodology in the development of communication and implementation plans
  • Support, coordinate, and interfaces with multiple vendors.
  • Leads and coordinates business strategy initiatives across several areas.
  • Performs other job-related work as assigned.


Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field

AND

Eight (8) years of professional experience performing business systems analysis, business process analysis, requirements gathering, systems implementation, or related work.

OR

An equivalent combination of education, training, and professional experience totaling twelve (12) years. Professional experience must include business systems analysis, requirements analysis, business process improvement, systems implementation, or related work.

Required to assist in maintaining 24 X 7 systems availability.

LICENSING/CERTIFICATION/REGISTRATION:

A valid driver's license is required prior to employment and must be maintained during employment in this classification.

Certification, registration, and/or training specific to the job may be required during employment.

The minimum salary for this position is $87,734.40 Salary will vary based on education, experience, skills, and abilities.
