NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Business Systems Analystto join our team-US based.

NTT Data is seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to support application lifecycle management initiatives, including upgrades, migrations, and remediation of end-of-life systems. This role requires strong technical acumen, healthcare application experience, and excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Gather and document business and technical requirements from IT teams and business units.
• Translate requirements into actionable insights for architects, infrastructure teams, and application analysts.
• Support application/operating system upgrades and migrations to standard platforms.
• Assist in the remediation of end-of-life applications and systems.
• Understand and analyze application stack components (e.g., server, workstation, cloud).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of technical solutions.
• Participate in stakeholder communications and status updates.

Required Skills/Experience
• 5-7+ years of experience in business systems analysis or a related technical role.
• Strong understanding of healthcare applications and workflows.
• Solid knowledge of application stack architecture (server, client, cloud).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Experience with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, etc.).
• Experience with cloud migrations and end-of-life system remediation is a plus.

Preferences
• Background in technical analysis or application architecture.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (formulas, Appsheet experience)
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Familiarity with Java, SQL, Visual Basic, or Google App Script.

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly range for this remote role is ($70 - $74/hourly ). This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
