Position OverviewAs a Business Systems Analyst Consultant within PNC's Digital Payments organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Dallas, TX, Birmingham, AL, Cleveland, OH, Phoenix, AZ, Denver, CO,.
The BSA should have hands‑on experience supporting API integrations, including understanding request/response structures, parameter fields, POST operations, and error responses. They should be able to translate business requirements into clear API specifications, validate data mappings, and partner closely with engineering and QA teams to ensure reliable integrations.
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Business Systems Analyst with a strong understanding of Agile principles to lead the analysis, design, and implementation of complex business systems, bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. Experience with user story creation, backlog management, and the ability to facilitate collaboration within a cross-functional team, while leading the analysis and translation of business needs into technical requirements within an iterative development process.

Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
