Summary: We are seeking a seasoned Senior Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to support the development and implementation of a formal framework and processes for Patch Management across teams. This role is critical to maturing and scaling patch management initiatives, aligning them with endpoints security efforts, and delivering measurable improvements in operational efficiency, security posture, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the design and rollout of a unified Patch Management Framework across teams.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Security, Treat Vulnerability Management, and across teams to optimize patching workflows, remediation processes, and alignment to benchmarks (e.g., Secure Score, Security Benchmarks).
  • Analyze current patching and remediation activities; identify opportunities for automation, process reuse, and scaling opportunities.
  • Develop workflow solutions for vulnerability and impact analysis to improve engineer efficiency and decision-making.
  • Align patch management initiatives with broader security functions (weekly remediations, audits, vulnerabilities).
  • Work closely with the Device Management team to develop content that improves user understanding and supports IT Helpdesk and Self-Service operations.
  • Contribute to the creation of a single-pane-of-glass reporting solution to provide visibility into patch compliance and security posture.
  • Support change management, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional communication to ensure successful adoption of processes.
  • Track and report on key metrics, such as Secure Score improvements, process adoption, and end-user engagement.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst in IT operations, preferably with a focus on patch management, endpoint security operations, or enterprise systems.
  • Strong background in security compliance frameworks, patching tools, and IT infrastructure concepts.
  • Experience working with engineering teams to define, document, and optimize technical processes.
  • Demonstrated success in process automation, metrics development, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Proficiency with reporting tools and platforms; ability to interpret and communicate security posture data.
  • Familiarity with ITSM platforms (e.g., Zendesk and/or ServiceNow), Agile/Scrum (e.g. Jira) and end-user knowledge content development (e.g. SharePoint).
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to lead in a cross-functional environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Understanding of Microsoft technologies, Secure Score, industry benchmarks, patch and vulnerability management tools.
  • Prior work in aligning technical processes with endpoint security and patch management initiatives.
  • Technical and analytical skills in security tools like Defender and Tanium.
