Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
• 7-10 years of relevant experience in consultancy and business analysis.
• Proven experience in Business Analysis with strong understanding of methodologies and tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, engaging stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in project management and familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Preferred: Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) or Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
