Role Description:
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for API and integration solutions
• Translate business needs into functional and technical API specifications
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, architects, and QA teams
• Define API contracts, data mappings, and integration workflows
• Support API design reviews to ensure alignment with business goals
• Facilitate backlog grooming, user story creation, and acceptan ce criteria definition
• Validate API functionality through testing support and UAT coordination
• Ensure proper documentation (Swagger/OpenAPI, process flows, data models)
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation using APIs
Required Skill Set:
