Full Job Description
Role Description:• Business Systems Analyst (Retail Transactions) Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams to deliver retail transaction solutions.
• Gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional business requirements.
• Create user stories, process flows, use cases, and functional specifications.
• Support retail transaction systems including POS, payment processing, loyalty programs, and e-commerce platforms.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and backlog refinement meetings.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and product teams throughout the Agile software development lifecycle.
• Perform impact analysis and support system integratio ns across retail, finance, inventory, and customer platforms.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect resolution, and production validation activities.
• Analyze business processes and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
• Utilize tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, SQL, and process-mapping applications to support project delivery.
• Ensure solutions align with business objectives, compliance requirements, and organizational standards.
• Provide ongoing support for change management, process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
