Skills and Responsibilities: "Required Skills Responsibilities: • Good years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst in Capital Markets • Strong understanding of Investment Banking (IB) and Capital Markets o • Collaborate with stakeholders across Investment Banking (IB) and Capital Markets teams to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements • Translate business requirements into detailed functional and system specifications (BRD/FRD)Work across Capital Markets domains including Equities, Fixed Income, Derivatives, Trade Lifecycle, and Trade Surveillance • Analyze and support CAPS (trading, risk, and post-trade systems)Work with CVS (Consolidated/View Systems) to ensure consistent and accurate data across platforms • Perform data analysis, validation, reconciliation, and troubleshooting using SQLPrepare data mapping, data lineage, and process flow documentation • Support integration with FIX protocol, market data feeds, and reference data systems • Conduct gap analysis, root cause analysis, and impact assessment for system changes and issues • Participate in UAT (test case creation, execution, defect tracking)Work closely with development and QA teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery • Provide production support and resolve system/data-related issuesEnsure data quality, consistency, and governance across systems" Salary Range - CA$ 90,000 - CA$ 120,000 Per Year TCS does not use artificial intelligence tools for candidate screening or evaluation.
