What you’ll be doing...Our Value subscriber base represents the greatest share of Value’s recurring revenue. The core responsibility of the Performance Management team is set the strategic focus areas for the Base Management team through 1) AI Driven Reporting & Insights; 2) Performance Analytics & Business Case Development; 3) Five-Year Planning, CV/OL creation, and Monthly and Daily Forecasting by brand and rolled up for the portfolio.
As a member of the Performance Management team, you will translate long-term business objectives into daily, actionable reality. You will serve as the analytical engine of the team, maintaining the accuracy of our forecasting models and data reporting to ensure the organization stays on track to meet its commitments. You will help turn raw data into a compelling narrative that explains the “why behind the what” regarding customer churn, KPIs, and revenue performance.
- Lead five-year planning, quarterly OL, monthly, and daily forecasting across brands to ensure business KPI attainment and alignment with long-term goals.
- Develop, maintain, and continuously optimize AI/ML models, simulation frameworks, and data marts to improve forecasting accuracy and uncover performance drivers.
- Translate complex data into executive-level reporting and compelling narratives, explaining customer churn, KPI performance, and revenue trends to key stakeholders.
- Conduct advanced analytics—including multi-channel attribution, cohort analysis, A/B testing, and data mining—to segment subscribers and identify growth and retention opportunities.
- Partner with Finance and Marketing teams to evaluate strategic proposals, model what-if scenarios, and link retention efforts directly to forward business volume and revenue results.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to product, marketing, and cross-functional partners to drive strategic decision-making and operational improvements.
What we’re looking for...You’ll need to have:
- Bachelor’s degree or six or more years of work experience.
- Six or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training.
- Experience working in base management, strategy, marketing analytics, finance, data science, or a similar role.
- Data Analytics / Data Modeling experience.
- Willingness to travel approximately up to 25%.

- Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical mindset, and strong numerical abilities.

- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth, and dynamic environment.
- Strong project management skills with a demonstrated ability to plan, manage, and deliver on complex projects.
- MBA, Master's, or advanced degree.
- Proficient in statistical software (e.g. R or Python), BI tools (e.g. Looker or PowerBI), and SQL.

The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part-time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
