Your role and responsibilities

As a Business Sales & Delivery Leader at Microsoft, you will drive the development of new Microsoft business opportunities and ensure the delivery of Microsoft services to clients. You will play a critical role in forging and maintaining strong relationships with clients, driving revenue growth, realizing organizational business benefits, and ensuring the successful delivery of Microsoft's services.

Your primary responsibilities will include: • Develop Account Strategy: Develop strategy for assigned accounts and contribute to the creation of overall account strategy, requiring a deep understanding of the client's business needs and the ability to articulate how Microsoft's products and services can meet those needs.
• Drive Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and delivering Microsoft services that meet their needs.
• Collaborate with Teams: Work collaboratively with other teams within Microsoft practice to ensure a seamless client experience, leveraging expertise and resources to deliver high-quality services.
• Deliver Client Solutions: Ensure the successful delivery of Microsoft services to clients, meeting their business needs and expectations, and driving business benefits for the organization.
• Build Client Relationships: Forge and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs, and identifying opportunities to deliver value through Microsoft's products and services.

Required education

Required technical and professional expertise
• Deep Understanding of Client Business Needs: Experience with analyzing client business requirements and developing strategies to address them through technology solutions.
• Microsoft Products and Services Expertise: Certification in or experience with Microsoft products and services, including their applications and benefits in various business contexts.
• Strategic Account Planning: Experience with creating comprehensive account plans, aligning with client objectives, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience working collaboratively with diverse teams, leveraging collective expertise to deliver seamless client experiences and high-quality services.
• Service Delivery Management: Experience in managing the delivery of technology services, ensuring successful project outcomes, and driving business benefits for clients and the organization.

Preferred technical and professional experience
Technology Solution Development: Deep expertise in developing technology solutions that address client business needs, with the ability to articulate the value proposition of Microsoft products and services.
Strategic Sales Planning: Experience with creating comprehensive sales strategies that drive revenue growth and align with client objectives, leveraging expertise in Microsoft products and services.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Experience in leading diverse teams to deliver seamless client experiences and high-quality services, with the ability to leverage collective expertise to drive business benefits.

The compensation range and benefits for this position are based on a full-time schedule for a full calendar year. The salary will vary depending on your job-related skills, experience and location. Pay increment and frequency of pay will be in accordance with employment classification and applicable laws. For part time roles, your compensation and benefits will be adjusted to reflect your hours. Benefits may be pro-rated for those who start working during the calendar year.
