Full Job Description
What you'll do
  • Own the full-cycle, end-to-end recruiting process for business roles across go-to-market (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success), Operations, Finance, People, and other cross-functional teams, delivering an exceptional experience for candidates, interviewers, and hiring managers
  • Act as a strategic hiring partner to business leaders, collaborating closely to define role requirements, develop clear position profiles, and align on hiring plans, priorities, and timelines
  • Design and execute proactive sourcing strategies across multiple channels to attract both active and passive candidates for business roles in competitive markets
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines, effectively assessing, engaging, and closing top business talent
  • Drive an efficient, structured, and equitable interview process while continuously improving hiring workflows and candidate experience
  • Track, analyze, and report on key recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline conversion, source effectiveness, candidate experience) and share insights with hiring managers and Sierra leadership on a regular cadence
