Are you energized by solving complex business challenges, influencing senior leaders, and turning strategy into measurable results? As Business Project Sr. Advisor, Strategy & Operations, you will play a pivotal role in advancing ENI's growth agenda while helping build scalable capabilities that create value across the enterprise. This highly visible leadership role offers the opportunity to partner with executives across Finance, Operations, Technology, Legal, Compliance, HR, and Business Development to drive strategic initiatives, strengthen governance, and support international growth.

Reporting to the ENI Enablement Leader, you will lead a global team, influence enterprise decision-making, and help position ENI for long-term success.

Responsibilities

Drive Strategy and Growth
  • Partner with ENI leadership to define and execute strategic priorities that support business growth and enterprise value creation.
  • Lead business cases, operating model assessments, investment analyses, and strategic recommendations.
  • Translate strategic objectives into actionable plans with measurable outcomes and return on investment.
  • Monitor market, regulatory, talent, and industry trends to identify growth opportunities.


Lead Business Operations and Execution
  • Establish governance, performance metrics, and operating rhythms that ensure successful delivery of strategic initiatives.
  • Drive cross-functional programs spanning Finance, Technology, Operations, HR, Legal, Compliance, Procurement, and Vendor Management.
  • Improve processes, controls, and operating efficiencies that enhance scalability and organizational effectiveness.
  • Manage risks, dependencies, and issue resolution to support execution excellence.


Influence Business Development and Stakeholder Engagement
  • Partner with enterprise leaders to identify, evaluate, and implement Ireland-based growth opportunities.
  • Build trusted relationships with executives, external advisors, regulators, consultants, and strategic partners.
  • Support due diligence, financial analysis, solution development, and implementation planning.
  • Serve as a key liaison between Ireland-based initiatives and enterprise stakeholders.


Strengthen Financial and Governance Performance
  • Lead financial modeling, forecasting, business planning, and investment evaluation activities.
  • Develop executive reporting, dashboards, and performance insights that inform decision-making.
  • Support board governance, compliance activities, regulatory requirements, and control frameworks.
  • Partner with Legal, Compliance, Tax, and Finance teams to ensure adherence to enterprise and regional requirements.


Develop People and Teams
  • Lead and develop two direct reports based in India while providing matrix leadership to Ireland-based team members.
  • Foster a collaborative, accountable, and high-performing team culture across global locations.
  • Support talent development, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives.


Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in strategy, operations, business transformation, consulting, finance, program management, or related leadership roles.
  • Demonstrated success leading strategic initiatives that delivered measurable business impact.
  • Strong financial acumen, including business case development, forecasting, financial modeling, and performance analysis.
  • Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives involving senior stakeholders.
  • Experience supporting global operations, shared services, or international business environments.
  • Experience managing consultants, vendors, or strategic partners.
  • Strong executive communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working within governance, compliance, or regulated business environments.
  • Proven ability to influence change and drive results through collaboration.


Preferred Qualifications
  • MBA or advanced degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Operations, Strategy, or a related field.
  • Experience in healthcare, insurance, technology, or professional services industries.
  • Experience supporting board administration, entity governance, or international expansion initiatives.
  • Experience developing executive-level communications and presentations for senior leadership forums.


This role is based in Bloomfield, CT and offers a unique opportunity to help shape enterprise strategy while leading meaningful growth and transformation initiatives.

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 112,100 - 186,800 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
