Business Process Owner LeadWe are seeking a
Business Process Owner Lead to drive the design, governance, and continuous improvement of scalable business processes that power our Next Best Experience (NBE) and Personalization capabilities. This leader will own the end-to-end operating model across teams, ensuring alignment, standardization, and measurable impact.
Key ResponsibilitiesProcess Design & Standardization- Define and maintain standardized processes for:
- Intake and prioritization
- Experience design
- Journey orchestration
- Measurement and optimization
- Establish enterprise-ready processes, risks, and controls that ensure consistency and compliance.
Cross-Team Operating Model- Define and clarify roles and responsibilities across Marketing, Market Verticals (MV), and Lines of Business (LOB).
- Drive alignment and accountability across teams to ensure seamless execution.
Strategic Evolution- Lead the transition from tactical execution to intent-driven, personalized experiences.
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Enablement & Adoption- Promote adoption of centralized tools, frameworks, and best practices across teams.
- Build and maintain playbooks for:
- Detours
- Splash pages
- Personalized feeds
Measurement & Analytics Integration- Partner closely with Analytics teams to ensure measurement is embedded into every process.
- Ensure data-driven insights inform prioritization, optimization, and experience evolution.
Qualifications- 8+ years in business process design, operations, experience orchestration, or related fields
- Proven experience leading cross-functional process transformation
- Strong understanding of personalization, customer journeys, or marketing operations
- Ability to design governance frameworks and risk/control structures
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills
- Experience building playbooks, frameworks, or operating models at scale
