SALARY RANGE $109,000 - $166,000/year.

DUTIES As a successful candidate for the Business Process Engineer II, you will collaborate with the Government to assess current operations and business processes through the examination of the organization's mission, strategic goals, and customer needs, which begins at the strategic level and progresses down through the stakeholder organization. Facilitates Business Process Reengineering (BPR) efforts and engages stakeholder organizations to fully define the processes, business rules, and relationships that drive operations.

  • Participates with the integrated product team (IPT) and other stakeholders to establish trade-off criteria, process gap analysis, and document potential solutions that maximize the use of existing COTS tool functionality
  • Assists in defining and documenting configuration requirements, business rules, functional and system requirements


QUALIFICATIONS A Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or business discipline from an accredited college or university and 7 years' experience conducting BPR activities is required. Five (5) years' experience utilizing Process Improvement methodologies (e.g. Agile technologies, Six Sigma) for GOT integration programs is required.
