YOUR TEAM The Business Process Consultant team at Ateko is part of our ServiceNow Center of Excellence. We hire top talent and give them the space to thrive. You'll collaborate closely with the ServiceNow team and report to the BPC Director. No ego. Just smart people working together to solve complex challenges.
WHAT TO EXPECT Your day to day will look like this:
- Gather, analyze, and document client business requirements, ensuring they are translated into clear and actionable functional requirements.
- Design and maintain process documentation, requirements, integrations, and service catalogs, leveraging an AI-first approach to accelerate deliverable creation.
- Guide clients in defining provisioning processes, prioritizing user stories, and establishing acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate closely with project teams to estimate development efforts, participate in Agile ceremonies, and ensure alignment among stakeholders.
- Train key users, support solution adoption, and actively contribute to project meetings and Ateko team initiatives.
THE EXPERIENCE WE ARE LOOKING FOR The following experience will help you succeed in this role. However, if you don't meet all these criteria, we will be happy to consider your application, because we're looking for potential first.
- Hold at least one ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification and have 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Process Consultant in an IT environment.
- Strong expertise in process analysis, workflow design, and translating business requirements into practical business solutions.
- Experience writing user stories, documenting development initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to leverage Artificial Intelligence (AI) to accelerate documentation, analysis, and decision-making.
- Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and multi-project management skills, with a strong customer-centric mindset.
