This is your chance to make an impact on one of the world’s most vital transportation infrastructures, working alongside leaders in aviation, engineering, data science, and systems integration.

At Peraton, you won’t just support the mission — you’ll define it.

In this role, you will shape the processes that enable critical aviation programs to operate safely, efficiently, and at scale. You will work alongside FAA stakeholders, engineers, and program leaders to evaluate how work is done today and design how it should be done tomorrow.

Work Location:

In this position, you will:

Process Analysis & Optimization

  • Lead business process analysis, design, and optimization across FAA programs. Translate operational challenges into efficient, compliant future-state processes.

Strategic Insight & Performance Measurement

  • Provide data-driven insights through gap analyses, impact assessments, and KPIs. Evaluate current- and future-state performance to guide continuous improvement.

Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration

The mission is consequential. The responsibility is real. The impact is nationwide. Your work will:

  • Strengthen the safety of the U.S. aviation system.
