Position Overview

We are seeking a Business Process Analyst to develop and deliver training that helps staff work effectively within a tasking and correspondence system at the National Guard Bureau (NGB). This role builds training materials, guides, and continuity documentation, and plays a hands-on role in preparing new and existing staff to execute their responsibilities.

Responsibilities
  • Design, build, and maintain training curricula and materials for recurring staff training programs, including pre-training materials, registration guidance, and classroom resources
  • Deliver instruction and technical editing expertise during recurring onboarding and annual training events for incoming and current staff
  • Develop and deliver instructional content and oral presentations for executive-level writing and communication training
  • Review training materials and presentation slides in advance of delivery to ensure accuracy, clarity, and proper formatting
  • Support onboarding of new personnel, covering core task and process procedures relevant to their role
  • Maintain rosters of workflow points of contact, updating them on a recurring and as-needed basis
  • Develop and maintain continuity documentation, business rules, and reference materials so processes remain consistent through staff turnover
  • Build and maintain post-training reference materials such as templates, charts, and briefing aids to reinforce training content
  • Continuously update training and reference content to reflect current procedures, tools, and lessons learned
Required Qualifications
  • Active Secret clearance; #qinetiqclearedjob
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of experience developing training programs, instructional materials, SOPs, workflow documentation, user guides, and workforce development initiatives
  • At least one of: Lean Six Sigma, ATD, CPTD, instructional design certification, adult learning certification, or an equivalent professional credential
  • Experience in detailed requirements analysis, process documentation, and user acceptance testing
  • Ability to analyze organizational information problems and recommend system/process controls
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to analyze complex technical/organizational systems and present findings clearly
Preferred Qualifications
  • Degree in Business Administration/Management, Public Administration, Information Science, or Management
  • Experience interfacing with senior military and civilian officials, including familiarity with protocol
Pay Transparency

The salary range for this role is $80,000 - $95,000USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. QinetiQ US considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
