Full Job Description
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will act as a strategic partner to the business, providing HR expertise and guidance to support the achievement of business objectives. The HRBP will work closely with people leaders and teammates to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the organization's goals.

Job Duties and Essential Functions:
  • Strategic HR Planning: Collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives.
  • Employee Relations: Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Performance Management: Support the implementation of performance management systems, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.
  • Change Management: Lead and support change management initiatives to drive organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.
  • Data Analysis: Utilize HR metrics and data to inform decision-making and provide insights to business leaders.
  • Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate the delivery of training programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
  • HR Policy Development: Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that promote a positive work environment and comply with legal requirements.
  • Collaboration: Work with HR team to support ad hoc initiatives and assignments.

Preferred Education Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent experience

Years of Experience

3-5 Years HR Experience

Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.

Hire Range/Rate:

$87,000 - $100,000

Actual compensation offered to candidate will be finalized at offer and may be above or below the posted range due to skill level, experience, industry specific knowledge, education/certifications, or geographic location. The offer rate represents one component of the RE/MAX, LLC total compensation package. Employees will also receive a number of benefits as listed below. Other compensation for this position may include bonus eligibility.
