Job Description

We are seeking a senior Business Operations professional to drive strategic planning, decision-making, and execution across IP Networks. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with strong operational execution, leveraging AI and automation to streamline processes and improve productivity. Working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Finance, Sales, Supply Chain, and other teams, this role will focus on solving high-impact business challenges and delivering. Faster, data-driven decision-making with clear ownership. Responsible adoption of AI-enabled workflows to improve productivity. This is a hands-on, high-impact Business Operations role focused on building the operating mechanisms, processes, and systems that enable IP Networks to execute effectively at scale.

Responsibilities

  • Design and optimize the IP Networks operating model, including planning, governance, prioritization, and execution tracking.
  • Translate strategic objectives into actionable plans with clear ownership, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
  • Establish KPIs, OKRs, dashboards, and performance metrics to drive transparency and accountability.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives, managing risks, dependencies, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Identify and resolve operational inefficiencies to improve speed, scalability, and decision-making.
  • Drive AI-enabled process transformation by automating workflows and improving operational productivity.
  • Develop dashboards, reporting tools, and governance mechanisms to strengthen visibility and execution.
  • Partner across Product, Engineering, Finance, Sales, Supply Chain, and other teams to deliver strategic business outcomes.


Qualifications

You Have:

  • Minimum 7-10+ years of experience in Business Operations, Strategy & Operations, Transformation, or Operational Excellence within a global technology environment.
  • Proven experience building and scaling operating models, governance frameworks, and cross-functional execution processes.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to drive outcomes in complex environments.
  • Experience leveraging AI, automation, and workflow tools to improve operational efficiency and productivity.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate across Product, Engineering, Finance, Sales, Supply Chain, and senior leadership.

It would be nice if you also have:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; advanced qualifications are a plus.
  • Experience with Increased adoption and impact of AI-enabled workflows.
