Leidos Defense is seeking an experienced Business Operations Manager to support the Indo-Pacific Logistics and Sustainment Services (ILS2) program. ILS2 provides integrated logistics, facilities, mission-enabling, training, and emergent operations support across the geographically dispersed Indo-Pacific Area of Responsibility (AOR).
Job summary:
The Business Operations Manager supports the ILS2 Program Management Office (PMO) and Program Manager by coordinating business operations across the program. The position integrates financial management, contracts and subcontracts, resource planning, staffing, risk, quality, and other program controls to provide leadership with the information needed to manage cost, schedule, performance, and workforce requirements across multiple task areas and Mission Partners.
Primary Responsibilities.
Manage and coordinate day-to-day PMO business operations supporting ILS2 program execution.
Support the Program Manager in monitoring cost, schedule, staffing, and program performance.
Coordinate with Finance, Contracts, Subcontracts, Resource Management, Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Security, Quality, Risk, and other functional organizations.
Integrate business and program information to support forecasting, planning, decision-making, and Government reporting.
Monitor program financial performance, including budgets, forecasts, actuals, funding, and cost variances.
Support development and maintenance of program plans, processes, procedures, reports, and other PMO artifacts.
Monitor program risks, issues, dependencies, and corrective actions and coordinate resolution with responsible functional and program leads.
Support preparation and submission of recurring program reports, deliverables, financial information, and Government briefings.
Analyze business and performance data to identify trends, risks, resource constraints, and opportunities for process improvement.
Support program reviews and business rhythms with program leadership, Task Leads, Mission Partners, subcontractors, and Government stakeholders.
Promote standardized, repeatable business processes across ILS2 task areas and geographically dispersed operations.
Support continuous improvement initiatives that increase operational efficiency, financial visibility, and program performance.
Basic Qualifications.
Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 8+ years of relevant program management, business operations, project controls, financial management, or related experience; or a Master's degree with 6+ years of relevant experience.
Experience supporting business operations for a large, complex Government program.
Experience with program financial management, forecasting, budgeting, cost analysis, and performance reporting.
Experience coordinating across Finance, Contracts, Subcontracts, Human Resources, Staffing, Resource Management, or other program support functions.
Experience monitoring cost, schedule, performance, risks, and program dependencies.
Experience developing and presenting program status, financial, and performance information to program leadership and Government stakeholders.
Experience managing multiple priorities across concurrent projects or task areas.
Experience coordinating with subcontractors and functional organizations in support of program execution.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Active Secret clearance or ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
Preferred Qualifications.
Experience supporting DoD, SOCPAC, INDOPACOM, or other Federal Government programs.
Experience supporting geographically dispersed or OCONUS operations.
Experience supporting logistics, sustainment, facilities, or mission-support programs.
Experience with Costpoint or comparable financial and program management systems.
Experience supporting FFP, T&M, cost-reimbursement, or hybrid Government contracts.
Knowledge of FAR and DFARS requirements.
PMP or other relevant program/project management certification.

Pay Range:Pay Range $116,350.00 - $210,325.00
