Full Job Description

The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced, detail-driven analyst ready to take ownership of complex, high-visibility analysis as our reporting scope expands. This role is critical to protecting and maximizing revenue as the Scores Business expands to bring new partners online. It offers real opportunity to shape how the team analyzes, monitors, and safeguards a growing and increasingly complex data environment. This role is central to how the Scores Operations team uses data to make the right business decisions at the right time. The Lead Analyst will own complex business analysis and provide strategic insights across CRAs and new partners, while strengthening and automating the quality checks and reconciliations that protect reporting accuracy across all revenue streams. The role also works to standardize analytical approaches and documentation so the team's methods scale consistently as scope grows.

What You'll Contribute

  • Own royalty and revenue recognition analysis across CRAs and new partners, strengthening and automating the quality checks and reconciliations that protect the accuracy and trust our clients and partners depend on.

  • Work cross-collaboratively with a variety of Scores stakeholders (ex: Finance, Technology) and various levels of executive and c-suite leadership to deliver various reporting and analysis initiatives.

  • Respond to increasing demands for data, reporting, and insights from various internal stakeholders.

  • Bring senior level expertise within data extraction, management and pipelining to contribute to growing analytics needs.

  • Standardize analytical approaches and take an active role in refining the Scoring Operations ETLA (Extract, Transform, Load, and Analyze) process, continuously improving how the team works, not just documenting it.

  • Decide how analysis gets delivered — dashboards, reports, ad hoc recommendations — so insights drive real decisions as new partners and revenue streams help grow the business.

  • Lead ad-hoc projects and analyses as requested, and handle confidential information with the professionalism and discretion our clients and partners expect.

What We're Seeking

  • Proven work experience in a relevant industry (ex: finance, fintech or banking), with familiarity working with financial data, bureau data, etc.

  • Successful track record working in an analytical/business intelligence scope of work, with the proven ability to pull, develop and articulate insights from complex and ambiguous data into clear, actionable findings for business users and leadership

  • Significant expertise with active data extraction and data management, with the ability to guide others as a senior resource on the team.

  • Strong hands-on technical skills — SQL, Snowflake, and Python for data analysis and pipeline work, advanced Excel, and BI/data visualization tools such as Tableau.

  • Senior level expertise with ETLA (Extract, Transform, Load, and Analyze) processes, writing queries, and owning/managing data.

  • An inquisitive, detail-oriented mindset able to independently research and analyze large, complex data sets to surface trends and anomalies, review contracts for terms and pricing that affect revenue reporting, and adapt quickly as priorities shift.

  • Strong critical thinker, with the ability to managedeadlines in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with significant, proven experience owning complex, ambiguous analysis independently.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Management, Operations, or a related discipline (equivalent experience considered).

Our Offer to You

  • An inclusive culture strongly reflecting our core values:  Act Like an Owner, Delight Our Customers and Earn the Respect of Others.

  • The opportunity to make an impact and develop professionally by leveraging your unique strengths and participating in valuable.

  • Highly competitive compensation, benefits and rewards programs that encourage you to bring your best every day and be recognized for doing so.

  • An engaging, people-first work environment offering work/life balance, employee resource groups, and social events to promote interaction and camaraderie.

  • The targeted base pay range for this role is: $84,000 to $132,000 with this range reflecting differences in candidate knowledge, skills and experience.
