We're looking for bizops generalists who are excited by that challenge and want to build a generational organization.
What you'll be doing at Ando- Everything that keeps our business running... from recruiting and customer gatherings to compliance and swag.
- At Ando there are two tracks w very different day-to-days: Internal & External. Ultimately you must love people and systems, in some shape or form.
- Internal -
- You're interested in organization topology, operating metrics, meeting design, etc
- You want to shape our team's experience of working at Ando, eg thru day-to-day office ops or more memorable events like offsites
- Keep us compliant: from paperwork to processes, make sure the foundation is solid
- Manage details that shape perception (swag, office setup, documentation), because they matter
- Design systems that help the team spend more time building and less time on overhead
- External -
- You're savvy and know how to gather people - for recruiting, customer gatherings, and partner education. Events should feel thoughtful, high-quality, and unique (e.g. if we host a dinner it should be one of the best / most interesting dinners someone has attended in recent memory)
- Help run our work trials and making the Ando experience excellent for people both inside and outside of the organization
Qualifications- Articulate, thoughtful communication
- Can discuss your craft, and point to examples of people who excel at operations, recruiting, etc, or discuss your observations of well-run events, organizations, etc
- Bias toward action and ability to keep many threads moving without letting quality slip
