Business Manager (Automotive F&I) to join our team in Green Bay!
This is a position for a proven dealership professional who knows how to structure deals, work with lenders, present finance and protection products, maintain compliance, and deliver an outstanding customer experience.

What You'll Do- Manage the automotive finance process from credit application through final contract execution
- Secure competitive financing and leasing options for customers through our network of lenders
- Present and explain available F&I products, vehicle protection products, and financing options
- Structure deals and submit applications to appropriate lending institutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, credit unions, and other lending partners
- Ensure all finance paperwork and documentation is accurate and completed on time
- Maintain compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations and dealership policies
- Work closely with the sales and management teams to ensure a smooth transition from vehicle selection through delivery
- Help maximize dealership profitability while maintaining a transparent, customer-focused sales process
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the financing experience
What We're Looking For- Previous automotive dealership F&I / Finance Manager / Business Manager experience strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of automotive financing, lending, leasing, and F&I products
- Proven ability to structure and close automotive finance transactions
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Understanding of automotive finance compliance requirements
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dealership environment
- Professional, customer-focused approach
- Ability to work collaboratively with sales, finance, and dealership leadership
